FREE SHIPPING: We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders of $35 or more. 

We make every effort to get your item in the mail as soon as possible. Our current processing time before mailing is 1-3 business days. 

Items ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority and always includes tracking.  

Once mailed, please note that delivery times are dependent on USPS. Please check your tracking number for the most up to date information. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are planning to add international shipping in the future.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your items so if you have any issues, please contact us at DesertTide@yahoo.com to begin a return or exchange. The product must be returned in its original condition and postmarked within 2 weeks of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

FREE LIP GLOSS PROMO: Orders made as part of our free lip gloss deal are final sale and not eligible for return/refund. 

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Custom orders or items that have been personalized (birthstones, initials, etc) are not eligible for return. Due to hygiene restrictions, earrings are not eligible for return. Items marked as "final sale" are final sale. 

REFUNDS ON FREE SHIPPING OFFERS:
Please note that shipping costs will first be deducted from any refunds if you received free shipping or free upgraded shipping.

DEFECTIVE ITEM: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days (with pictures) so we can send out a free replacement.
